Rhian Denise Ramos Howell or Rhian Ramos for short, made an abrupt transition to show business when she was cast as one of the female leads of the popular fantasy-action-drama TV series, Captain Barbell. It was through her McDonalds McJelly Trio TV Commercial that she was noticed by film producer Annette Gozon-Abrogar. She later starred in Lupin, again with Richard Gutierrez, and My Only Love with Mark Herras as her leading man. She recently signed a Full Time year Exclusive contract with GMA Films. She's also a niece of GMA Artist Center's head, Ida Henares.
Ramos is having her biggest break yet by playing the leading role in LaLola with JC De Vera starting October 2008 after her character left Richard Guttierez' Codename: Asero. After LaLola, she has chosen to portray the role of Elena in an upcoming primetime, Zorro, in which she worked again with Richard Guttierez. As of February 6, 2009 her current show "Lalola" has ended
